Actually, It was my husband Anurag Kanti’s vision who started this venture with a thought that
Do we want to make this Globe better?

Are we Fed up of table talks with no action?

Are we Willing to do our bit for the Planet ?

Are we Confused how to do this?
So he started thinking about our country India first
Everywhere we all talk of problems in India – but do little.

Part of the reason is that we think that solving these are the government,
Politicians, bureaucracy, economists or NGO’s, Corporate or Social Worker’s responsibility – not ours.

But shy away from even talking about our responsibilities as a citizen of the country.
Many of us do not Even bother to vote and then criticize the people who are elected on vote Bank politics.

This INERTIA is the root cause of many of our problems and we are partly to Be blamed.

We have left governance to people, who are not really our representative, Policy to people who do not feel they are accountable to us, we have left environment, slum, and literacy to NGOs, Social Workers who struggle without our support.

– The list can go on and on…

So came the idea of INDIA REDEFINED
– A movement to create responsible and empowered citizens by bringing About “Behavioral Change”.

It is only when we do our duties we shall be empowered to demand our Rights.

It is by this change in behavior that we can unlock people’s potential to be Empowered citizens.

This will redefine how we think and act as an Indian.

…..and that is what INDIA Redefined is about.
NGO INDIA Redefined (IR) with its legal identity as ‘Safed Trust’has more than 15 lakh supporters,700+ NGO Partners, Technology Providers,Project professionals, Implementation Partners, Auditors, Global Indians, and thousands of other organizations are empanelled with IR.INDIA Redefined brings together a host of experts in various social development verticals spread across all the states of India and extending towards different Countries as GLOBE Redefined. INDIA Redefined started, during Phase I in 2009, by engaging Common People and then Phase II consisted of partnering with a wide variety of grassroot NGOs, Experts and Partner Organizations and now in 2022 in Phase III trying to associate Corporate as One Stop Solution for CSR by making Citizens Corporate Collective Efforts.IR was registered as an NGO,but it is a common United platform for all citizens, experts, corporates, NGO’s (empaneled), NRI’s, students and different Organizations.

All over world the Government Sector, Corporate Sector, NGO Sector are working but INDIA Redefined www.indiaredefined.org is trying to bring the Fourth Sector “The Common People” working for the betterment of this Country on one platform in masses across the globe.

Common people till now have only come together if they are against something; e. g All Independence movements, Movements against corruption. They have never come on one platform to work positively for country and then empowering themselves.

We have faced several challenges, it is difficult to generate resources.We have very innovative social sector csr projects of our ngo and of our ngo parteners too and we are trying to pitch to corporate,PSU, Ministries but they have their own set ups ,tie ups with ngos –sometimes they ask for U turn too from money they can donate which is not accepted by us. Also Common People are more motivated when we ask them to donate their time, but not money. it is easier to motivate middle class people or lower middle class from small cities villages to become Doers –that is what we call them but difficult to reach affluent class or big cities people and even intellectuals are difficult listeners as they have lot to say themselves.But our desire is to run many more awareness programs and want the corporates to come forward and add their inputs which will help India to grow as well as other sectors to come forward and collaborate in this journey of making an India a beautiful place from every aspect. “Collaboration is the Key”!

I made more and more people join us and contribute for country and Planet “By being Together” And more than two million people have already come together!
All they need to have are

 Belief in your “Actions”
 Trust in others to become as “Committed”
 Action to “Change” – yourself and others around you

Make collaborative approach for all you do &Do Simple activities which done successfully in order to achieve bigger success.We have so far silently watched the country go to the dogs and realized that the running of the country has been hijacked by people having vested interest.

This movement is for those who want to change the Globe into something which they will be proud to hand over to their children tomorrow.

Globe can’t be re-defined unless we understand the definition of a citizen! What does being a citizen really mean? Does it mean legal rights, voting rights, paying taxes, ability to stay forever and buying property etc.? Or “something more”? This “something more” is really a responsibility for a social and behavioral change

Citizen rights have been provided at the cost of some duties and obligations – these could be constitutional, social, civic or societal duties.
As I said before Clean globe through cleansing  of corruption, pollution, unhygienic conditions, dirty environment or contaminated water /anything which requires cleansing.

Healthy globe, by cleaning & focus on health issues.

Green globe by adopting to sustainable methods.

Prosperous globe by taking above  Initiatives which will ultimately lead ‘Happy Globe’!

INDIA Redefined wants to go through these stages
AWAKEN INDIA – BY BRINGING ABOUT AWARENESS, EDUCATION & COMMUNICATION

CLEAN INDIA – OF CORRUPTION, POLLUTION, UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS, POLLUTED ENVIRONMENT, CONTAMINATED WATER & SOIL – (ANYTHING REQUIRING CLEANSING)

GREEN INDIA – RESULT OF CLEAN INDIA ACHIEVED BY USING SUSTAINABLE METHODS/ TECHNOLOGIES FOR A GREENER INDIA (E.G. EMISSION REDUCTION & REDUCING EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE, RAINWATER HARVESTING ETC.)

HEALTHY INDIA – WILL RESULT FROM CLEAN INDIA AND DEDICATING SPECIFIC FOCUS ON HEALTHCARE ISSUES

PROSPEROUS INDIA – THE ABOVE INITIATIVES WILL NATURALLY LEAD TO PROSPERITY ACROSS BOARD

HAPPY INDIA – END RESULT OF ALL INITIATIVES, WHICH MAY SEEM UTOPIAN BUT SOMETHING TO STRIVE FOR.

Same way we are extending for GLOBE Redefined and inviting leaders from different countries. All we need is Love for our planet ,Passion to be catalyst of change, Belief in our actions, Trust in others to become committed and Act upon Change by bringing together experts or various socialreformers.
For this we made structured and these became INDIA Redefined various verticals like-
1. Clean India – Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Waste Management, Air, Water, Soil Pollution etc.
2. Educate India – Primary, Secondary, Adult education, Skill Development, Digital Education, Teacher’s Training , Smart Class, NEP (National Education Policy) Mobile App within the Department of School Education for classes 1st to 12th in State Government Schools
3. Green India – Environment, Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Bio Diversity, Eco farming, Forestation etc.
4. Healthy India – mHealth, Telemedicine, Rural Health Care, Emergency Response Training & Support and other health related areas . TB Testing Machines

Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines and Sanitary Napkin Incinerators etc.
Remote Patient Monitoring & Management Systems in Hospitals, including PHC/CHC and Ambulance Integration
