Please Tell Us About Your Organization?

The I AM POSSIBLE Global Society

Please Tell Us About Yourself?

I am a leader in spiritual mindset transformation and trauma healing, an author, and a mentor leading humanity towards their light.

What was the driving force for you to start this non-profit initiative?

My own trauma journey.

What Is The Most Challenging Aspect Of Running Your Organization?

Funding

What Was The Most Pivotal Accident, Or Unexpected Discovery You Made On Your Journey Toward Impact?

Although life happens to us, we can use our experiences as wisdom and transform the mind to renew ourselves.

Every success story has a failure story hidden in it. We would like to know your hidden story.

Being stuck in trauma for 7 years, unable to function, suffering from depression, anxiety and burnout.

Your Suggestion To Emerging Non-Profit Founders And Social Entrepreneurs?

Know Who you are and Why you are doing what you are doing.

What Is Success According To You In The Non-Profit Sector?

Transforming lives

Who/What Is Your Greatest Inspiration And Why?

I would like to start my own healing retreat to help others who are going through the end of season and feeling overwhelmed to pause, heal, reconnect, and rise in a beautiful environment.

What Is Your Leadership Mantra?

Be an example to ignite passion in others.

What Is Your Favorite Aspect Of Leading A Non-Profit?

Leading transformation and changing lives.

Share A Few Words About The Nature Of Your Social Work.

I have worked with women in refugee camps, students, abused women, leaders around the world, and executives that suffer from burnout. I also taught entrepreneurs in communities business and leadership skills.

What Was The Main Motivation Behind Your Decision To Launch This Initiative?

To turn my pain into purpose, which becomes my legacy.

Who Has Been Your Greatest Inspiration?

I would advise aspiring nonprofit leaders to lead with purpose but build with wisdom. Compassion may ignite the mission, yet structure, integrity, and consistency sustain it. Serve people with a genuine heart, but also develop clear systems, accountability, and long-term vision.

Stay close to the real needs of the community you serve. Listen deeply, remain teachable, and allow those needs to guide your work rather than personal recognition. Social impact is not built through titles but through trust and steady service.

Most importantly, protect your own well-being. Those who pour into others must also renew themselves. A leader who is grounded, resilient, and aligned can carry the vision farther and inspire others to rise with them.

What Do You Consider To Be Your Favorite Part Of Running This Organization?

I get involved in every aspect, but working with people ignites the spark in me.

What Were The Difficulties You Faced When You First Started Your Non-Profit Journey?

I am currently busy setting it up.

How Do You See Your Organization Growing In The Future?

Becoming global in every city of the world.

What Core Values Or Principles Would You Never Compromise On In Your Organization?

Respect, trust, compassion, and honesty.

What Is Your Definition Of Success?

Success is the harmonious alignment of the inner architecture of a human being—mind, heart, spirit, values, and actions working as one. It is the state in which a person lives from wholeness rather than fragmentation, guided by truth rather than fear, and purpose rather than pressure.

True success is not merely what is accumulated outwardly but what is cultivated inwardly: clarity of mind, peace of heart, strength of character, emotional maturity, self-respect, and the courage to express one’s authentic nature.

It is the ability to remain rooted within, regardless of external seasons, and to create a life that reflects inner integrity, wisdom, and meaning. When the inner world is well built, the outer world begins to rise in response.

Share A Favorite Quote/Phrase That Inspires You The Most.

“When the inner foundation is healed, aligned, and awakened, success is no longer something you chase—it becomes something you radiate.” By Dr. Rev. Maddie Gomes.
